“So, it looks like Pillsbury is now making some GF cookie, pie and pizza dough. I took a look at the ingredients. I’ve seen worse. The first ingredient in the cookie dough is sugar and both the pizza and pie dough contain hydrogenated soybean oil. 😦 They would have been much better off with coconut oil or lard but, people seem to fear saturated fat more than hydrogenated fat even though saturated fat is actually good for you whereas the hydrogenated is not.”
